La date limite fixée pour l’envoi de vos copies à l’association est le Jeudi 23 août 2012 inclus.
Le 09/08/12 : Nous n’avons plus besoin d’engagements pour ce courrier. Toutes les copies ont été attribuées al hamdouliLlah.

« In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful,
May the Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon our Beloved Prophet, his family and companions.
Assalamou ‘alaykoum wa rahmatou Llah,
In this letter, we wish to, for the second time, reveal a beautiful perspective on our Ummah, which we hope will, once again, bring smiles and joy. Here are some stories and anecdotes from brothers and sisters:
« Whilst at dinner, 6 year old Mohamed, did not finish his meal. As he knows one should not waste food and allow the Shaytaan to get the remains, he shared with me an idea that popped into his head: » Ummi, let’s play a trick on shaytan; we’ll put loads of salt in the rest of my food, that way when he goes to eat it, it won’t taste good. »
« My little three year old darling of a daughter told her father that she wants to drive. He said: « But you can’t, you don’t have a license! » She replied: « Yes I do! Allah gave it to me! » “Oh really? And where did you pass your test? », »Well, in the masjid obviously! ».
« I was returning from the Eid prayer with my children and those of another brother; my children often call me: « Abi! Abi! »
The son of the brother who held my hand looked at me and said, « Ah, my dad is called Abi too! ».
« I said to my little niece Ouzna, who was two and a half at the time: « Ouzna, just stay here quietly for a moment whilst I go to pray salat! « She replied: « Auntie, I also want to pray so that I can say thank you to Allah for all the apricot buns he gave me. »
« I babysit a little seven year old girl who attends a Catholic school. I pick her up from school everyday, and being the only veiled Muslim woman, I suscitate more or less innocent curiosity. Last week, I was surprised to see, as I walked into the playground, that every little girl had a scarf or a sweater on her head. I asked the teacher what game they were playing, a little nervous at the thought of them answering that they were disguising themselves as witches or other such things. To my surprise every little girl answered, « We are playing princesses! »
« Once I was listening to the Surah Yusuf, recited by shaikh Saad Al Ghamidi with my little cousin, who was three years old at the time, when suddenly I felt her becoming sad, almost on the verge of tears. I asked what was wrong and she replied that she was sad. I then asked her why it was so, and she told me it was because of the recitation, it made her want to cry Soubhanallah ».
« One night I was praying. Being a convert, I asked Allah to enable me to exert good behaviour towards my mother. I then felt something on my hand; it was a green spider! I took the Quran and started reading the Surah ‘the Spider’, verse 8: « And We have enjoined upon man goodness to parents. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them. »"
« I put my three and a half year old daughter to bed one night, who was looking at me with big, puzzled eyes; she said: « Ummi, are we almost going to die? » Taken completely by surprise, I answered; « ah yes, we all will die at some point Habibti. » « But why? “, she then asks. « to go see Allah, because we love Him and He loves us « . She replies with: « But we can’t go ummi, there’s no plane! »"
A brother held in France says: “I did not agree with a brother on the subject of the recitation of verse, but neither of us two were able to pinpoint the location of the said verse in the Quran. A letter then came from Sanabil, mentioning the verse, I shouted to my brother: “You were right about the style, read the verse from such and such a surah.” He still doesn’t know how I managed to locate the verse. »

O Allah, to You belongs all praise, You are the Light of the heavens and the Earth. You are The Truth, Your promise is true, your Word is true, and the Day in which we will encounter You is true, the Final Hour is true. O Allah, unto You we have submitted, and upon You we have relied, and in You we have believed, and to You we have turned in repentance, and over You we have disputed, and to You we have turned for judgement. So forgive us for what has come to pass of our sins and what will come to pass, and what we have hidden and what we have made public. You are our Deity, none has the right to be worshipped except You. We ask of you, by your most beautiful names, to hasten the release of our oppressed brothers and sister, ameen ya rabbi al ‘alameen.
